Worse company anyone can get service from. Receptionist never respond and there service are mediocre with no type of customer service. Would of gave them a no star rating but can't. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants good service. The manager of this company need to get fired.
I would recommend for anyone looking for in-home healthcare
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We are currently using Aveanna for medical supplies for my two infants. Aveanna has NO IDEA what they are doing and have called multiple times to ask the same question to “update the orders” and then when I call to check on the status of their supplies they cannot provide one. They have long wait times, horrible customer service, and the respiratory department has NEVER answered. I have to demand someone from another department help me.
