It's a clean, energizing atmosphere that gave me that motivation I haven't felt since I was a teenager who first learned about lifting! Sienna and the manager, tall muscular guy, went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. If you live in the area and are thinking of joining, walk in and the kind staff will make you feel like you belong.
