I have been working with Coach Blaine for one month on weight lifting. Not only do I feel better after working out but I’ve gained skeletal muscle mass! I want to be able to have a good quality of life as I enter my late 50’s- I want strength, flexibility and a tone body. He is teaching me to be intentional with my health. Honestly working with him has made this journey fun and enjoyable. I actually enjoy going to the gym now! Thank you Coach Blaine!!
Great first impression! This gym is well kept and has great equipment. Julisa was a great tour guide and had great customer service!
Nice gym with a lot of amenities, not busy which is great and the manager bill is awesome!
Really loved my experience at Epic! The gym is clean, quiet, and has a great variety of amenities like tanning and red light therapy. I really like that there’s so much more offered than just a traditional gym. Excited to be a member
