The owner is just some guy who used to work out at a gym. He's obviously not a an experienced business owner the way he treats his guests who just try it out. I'd never go back there. He acts like he has roid rage and they don't even have milk for the shakes. Who TF makes shakes with syrup. I just laughed and was nice about it. His staff was nice, the equipment is great, but the owner is a douche.
