I rarely leave negative reviews, but after several months dealing with EPIC Health I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My first appointment actually started off well, which is why the decline in service afterward has been so frustrating. Since becoming a patient, I have repeatedly received automated emails and messages stating that my provider’s schedule has changed. Some of the female staff give me girl energy for no reason at all, which is very unprofessional. The Doctors are alright, I’m actually looking for me another one bc I don’t think there capable of being good doctors. It Is a few female staff that are cool and respectful, but the other ones have nasty attitudes toward certain customers. The bathrooms and the rooms are clean. They service you very quick.
