Went in for prenatal testing with Dr. Brodsky based on his reviews. I think the issue is more so this location. Had blood work done in September and still don’t have any blood work back as of December 1st, I only received my results through Myriad for genetic testing but no blood work. This led to me switching to a different OBGYN. Called every week to get an update and was told that they would send the doctor a message and he would reach out but never received ANY calls. The phone system isn't good. The computer automatically made me an appointment after a test was done. The appointment was at an office I don't even go to with a Dr I've never seen before. I had an appointment already scheduled with my regular Dr. Trying to cancel it was ridiculous, so I just gave up. AI and computers can't replace a human ever.
When I made my appointment, I had to repeat my information multiple times for the person on the phone. Once I arrived it turns out they had transposed my first and last names. I advised a person checking in that my information had been transposed, and that that would need to be fixed before the insurance company would verify my information. They did not correct this and this caused issues with my insurance where this particular doctor's office would no longer allow me to see a doctor until I called my insurance company and v... read more
By far the very best Dr office I've been too!! They care Soo much and do their very best! Already have referred people here and I will continue too. They are great at what they do!!
Quite possibly the worst provider I've ever had to deal with. I am a very consistent person, but their inconsistency made me feel like I was the one causing trouble. I've been getting allergy shots with them for months. At least once a month, there's either a schedule mishap, or a vial goes missing, or something else, then I have to mosey my way on home after waking up early to get nothing out of the appointment.
