Horrible medical provider. Do not go to any of the Epic locations. You will never see an actual doctor. Instead, you'll see a different practicioner every time who knows nothing about you, and every visit will feel like your first. They require you to come in every 3 months to fill prescriptions, even if you've been on them for years (money grab move). I stopped seeing them over 6 months ago and have asked them now over 6 times to stop calling me for an appointment as I'm no longer a patient - they keep calling and texting. ... read more

This place is a joke. My financee has been going there for almost 10years. The original owner and doctor passed. The new owner, doctor and staff have no idea what they r doing. They dont see u when ur sick. U call for antibiotics. Doctor says he will refill as long as we make a follow up so we did I went to go pick up them after I pick up food. I had to call 3 more times with first it was sent over second 127pm it will be okay er in 15mins, last one says he has to be seen first. Now how is he suppose to be seen if he cant go... read more
