My Doctors are awesome
The cakl center is so unprofessional and rude. The are condescending. This time when i called they told me that my dr was to busy to speak to me and i had to tell call center and they would let me know what dr said.. obviously the call center is in another country and the people are hard to understand. Im tryi g to find an office that does not have a call center. Im so disappointed in this. Dr is great. Office is great
I called to refill a prescription and immediately greedy someone who BARELY speaks a word of English. I was kept on the phone for 20 minutes while he looks it up, comes back to the phone and the script STILL had to be approved. I've been coming there since you opened. I think I will be going elsewhere from now on
DO NOT GO HERE! This place is absolutely a joke. You can't call an speak to a person in the office, no one communicates anything, the customer service is outsourced and the representatives do not understand anything you ask of them. I cannot say enough how horrible my experiences have been. I will be looking for a new provider ASAP.
