horrible experience at Davison location called and asked to file a complaint and was told i would hear back from someone Wednesday the 10th, this is the 12th still no response
This has been the worst medical provider I have ever dealt with. It took nearly eight months just to receive my medical records. Their calls are routed through a call center, where representatives are difficult to understand and seem to have little knowledge about what’s going on. There is no direct interaction with anyone in the actual office. The entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Please don’t waste your time—this is truly terrible service.
I will be leaving Epic health as will my family. We were with an amazing practice for over 20+ years in the office suite next door to Epic Health. My physician there sent me a letter stating she was moving to Epic Health. We are not high consumers of health care but over the next several months when we needed an appointment, we were given one at Epic but with our long-term doctor.
