So it has been almost 9 weeks since I have asked for a Prior Auth. on a medication and they still haven't sent my insurance company anything. The pharmacy has sent like 5 requests to them and insurance company has sent information to them still no answer or any information sent to get my medication approved. Before Epic took over my doctors office I could get this done in 2 to 3 days. I love Shannon. I've been with Dr. Greg since he and Ted opened the office on 9 Mile. I've been with Shannon since she started. She's knowledgeable and actually talks to her patients. The ONLY issue I have with Epic is their call center. I have had too many issues with appointments being canceled and rescheduled without my knowledge. If there weren't another way to schedule appointments, I would have to find another doctor
