Jamie does not know how to speak to women. He is rude and leaves his work unfinished and left broken glass all over outside in the yard.. I do not recommend his services!!!!
Hands down the WORST experience I've ever had with a business . I own a commercial building in Owosso, which i am selling , the front window developed a crack that needed to be fixed as per the purchase agreement. I called Epic Glass to get an estimate, their price was fair, so, I paid in full for the work to be done, which they told me was about 2 weeks for special order. Prompt service at first, thought they would be great quoted at 2 weeks. 3 weeks later they said they had to change the glass and reorder to make it split. So now we are waiting another 3 weeks. Now installation.... Suddenly that can't happen either. Run around after run around and no completion. Use at your own risk, it seems to be the same story. This is a rinky dink set up and "Jamie's wife Lauri" who answers the phone "if" she feels like it, puts you on mute to yell at the dog totally ignoring what your concerns are, etc ... read more
We had an excellent experience with Epic Glass Service! They replaced broken window panes in our basement and the result is beautiful. They are an amazing business to work with; they went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism. It is definitely not just a job for them-they truly care about the people they work with.
