Not sure where to begin. Went here to support a local business. Ask about getting 9 shelves sanded down and order a new large piece of glass. All seemed well Dropped of the glass and paid for everything Then get a text saying Jamie could not do what he had told me he could and an attached was a quote for new shelves. I ended up talking to Jamie and he seemed very confused and didn’t understand what needed to be done. Put my job off over and over and over. Lots of excuses (not the right tools, don't have lumber, doing another big job, etc.). I paid for materials up front but order wasn't complete and no proof offered of what and when things were ordered. No follow up, no communication. After 5 months the 5 hours of work that was done left my windows casings exposed all summer long.
