I have been working out with Epic for less than a year. One of the best choices I’ve made. I train here 4-6 times a week and as a result, I lost 24 lbs of body fat and built & gained more muscles. I can feel that I am getting stronger everyday. The trainers at Epic are exceptional and the vibe is truly awesome. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I love coming to Epic! The coaches are the best and keep me motivated. I like that each day offers a different focus (strength, core, cardio, etc.)and has different levels depending on your ability. I leave each workout feeling stronger 💪🏼.
