From start to finish, this company exceeded every expectation. The consultation was honest and helpful, the pricing was fair, and the installers treated my home with respect. After many trips to severals stores and countless samples I decided to go with Epic Floors. Rick is very knowledgeable and patient. We had the wood flooring in our living room and dining area replaced six months ago, and we’re still extremely satisfied! The color is warm and natural, with a high-end finish that blends beautifully with the overall decor. Especially when sunlight comes through the windows, the space feels bright and open. If you are looking to purchase floor, I highly recommend Epic Floors. I had been to about 6 different stores with tons of floor selection and styles, however when I came into Epic floors which was near my workplace, I knew it would be my last place. In all the past places I had been too they were trying to just sell and make their sales or were only interested in talking to me if I was a serious buyer (which I was). Rick helped me for our countertops. He is a very knowledgeable and nice man. I was disappointed by the company who sold our slabs and found Rick’s store through Google map. The price he quote is not the cheapest but very competitive. I wish I knew him earlier before I bought all the materials. Definitely will do business with him in the future.
