The management/ownership worked very hard at chasing away members that they felt would be intimidating to the fitness ignorant, fat, middle aged, stooges this gym wants. The whole idea is that they want members that they can tell what to do, and charge them extra money for doing it. I talked to a number of other serious lifters that left this gym. Good Facility and Great Staff... They offer a good discount for Military, Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters... Their Relationship with Mid-Valley Cross Fit (housed in the same facility) make this a great deal for fans of Cross Fit. If your not a fan come check it out.
