Unethical billing practices.. I called to schedule an annual checkup as first time patients for my husband and I and was informed that they would only be doing virtual visits. When meeting with the doctor on the virtual calls, she told both my husband and I that annual visits require us to come into the office. These initial calls took no longer than 10 minutes. asked for an annual wellness exam which is covered under our health insurance plan. They advised me due to covid we were required to have a phone screening first. Apparently this was an additional service and not covered under my healthplan. update: spoke with Hailey who is apparently in the admin office. Very rude, did not listen to anything, and kept talking over me. Trust me, find another provider.
Amazing Care from Dr. Kethineni and her staff! Dr K is very knowlegable and if she doesn't know something, you can trust that she will find out herself and/or get you to the right Specialist who will help. Everything is always done in a very timely manner.
