It's a very clicky place to work. The leadership is very poor communication is even worse. An electrical panel fell on me and I got a write up for it even though I moved out the way the shop floor supervisor said the H.R. made me sign it to return to work. So if you are not in the main circle there you'll get in trouble. Controls manager Ryan and Dale where really the only two that were good people. 7 years in the trade and I have never seen a plant like this one. Would definitely never recommend this place.
