Epic Development built my home on Felker Ward and I couldn’t say better things! We ended up selling this year and it sold in 6 days in the poor sellers market to a couple from the neighborhood who had been looking for over a year because of the quality! 10/10 recommend. Easy to work with, quality home from a builder that isn’t just a mass producer of cookie cutter homes.
Stay away from Epic's modern home. Tons of us (from diff communities) are dealing with water damage bc of bad design and poor craftsmanship
