I'm ready to purchase a new road bike, budget is $15,000-18,000. I wanted to test the shop on its service, especially something quick and requested a same day turnaround. In true bike shop fashion, the mechanic was full of attitude about being busy and can't promise anything. Awesome, thanks for narrowing down the field on where not to buy a new bike.
My first time at this store to get tires fixed on a road bike I was gifted. They could have sold me new tires, or a specialuzed pump because I did not know any better. However, what they did blew my mind, they inflated my tires, showed me how the special valve works and sold me a very inexpensive adaptor so I could fill it myself. I cannot say enough good things about their patience, how friendly they were, and the help they gave me without trying to upsell me. SO good to see a business of this caliber. THANK YOU!
