My son had an electric bike that needed a tire fixed- NO ONE else in the area would help- Except for Epic Cycles! We highly recommend- Bikes in the store are amazing! Thank you again for helping my son! We truly appreciate it!
WORST BIKE SHOP EVER I took my bike tire with a brand new tube to be installed the employee didn’t even give me a price before taking it back. I said if he couldn’t do it it was fine and i could take it somewhere else. He insisted on doing it. The tire came back overinflated without my knowledge and 2 holes in the tube. I didn’t even get to put the tire back on my bike before it was flat again plus stripped my entire rim of paint. I trust in the staff to get the best fit and recommendations and scored a Specialized Sirrus X that should work well riding in the condo subdivision, on city streets, as well as on gravel. Thankful for the straight expert guidance.
By far the best price on the gen 3 2025 Turbo Levo Comp. Worth driving 4 hours to pick it up. Felipe was great, and the bike was dialed in out the door.
