After searching the Fort Lauderdale for an E MTB I turned to Epic Bikes. They were great. Customer service was excellent and they were knowledgeable as well about the latest tech. I went to both Contes and Trek before trying Epic and I should have just started here. They were BY FAR the most helpful and welcoming. They even stayed open a little past close to make sure I was all set up. Can’t wait to hit the trail!
Brought in a couple bikes for tune ups. They had them completed the SAME DAY! They also noted a couple issues I forgot to tell them and repaired them. Highly recommend!
These guys are great. They answered all my questions and made sure my new bike was set up correctly. I was a little skeptical as I was purchasing from Florida and shipping to Michigan but I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. Felipe was able to walk me through a few final set up questions and even was able to face time. I would have preferred to get what I wanted locally but Epic had stock and also great prices.
