This shop is a must visit if you are ever in the Black Mountain area. I stopped in for some much needed drivetrain help while in town for ORAMM and these guys jumped right on my bike and had everything I needed in stock. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and a really cool vibe in the shop. I cannot thank the team at Epic Cycles enough for making my ORAMM weekend a success!
Solid shop with some of the nicest people working there... We were in town for ORAMM and a friend needed some work on his bike. These guys took care of him on the spot and got him rolling even though they were slammed. Stop in and say hi to these guys if ever in Black Mountain area.
Epic Cycles was epic in saving my vacation! I was visiting my son in Asheville when he and I went out for a ride on my last day there. There was a problem with my back wheel. I had left my wallet in Asheville, so we went into the shop just to see if they could check it out and tell me if it was anything that would break mid-ride and leave me stranded ... Epic Cycles in West Asheville is a great neiborhood/family bicycle shop with lots of mechanical knowledge and always friendly... I just purchased a set of Shimano Mtb shoes that I'm really stoked about!
My only regret is that I didn't go to Epic Cycles sooner! Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Also, the location is wonderful. And a shout-out to Ann for being so graciously helpful to a fellow female rider :)
These guys are the best...down to earth great to do business with.....wouldn't think of going anywhere else...ever..so if you are in the market for a new bike or just need to get a tune-up you have to stop by....they are vary honest and courteous.... And that is a rarity..... Thanks guys for all the great products and services..
After just a couple visits the guys knew me by name. Randy is very helpful considering I have a lot to learn about my bike. I love my KONA!
These guys rule I travel all the way from Sylva cause I rarely trust anyone else with my bikes
