I found employees very unfriendly. Took weeks for tune up. Wish I would have gone to Bike Haven.
Mike and the whole Epic team are fabulous to work with. Mike always goes the extra mile in ensuring folks have the right bike for their needs. But more importantly Mike is a community man and knows the importance of giving back to his community. It is always an honor to recommend his shop because I know whoever I send his way will leave satisfied and assured that the any future support they may need is always there as well.
Mike is awesome, he helped me buy a bike for my 3 yr. Old and fitted her for a helmet. Support your small businesses and local businesses. They still know customer service.
