It's okay. Nice views of rainier on the west/south side. Sewage doesn't drain properly, which puts a bad smell in most apartments. Neighborhood is noisy at times, but doesn't feel unsafe. Packages stolen somewhat frequently though, so be attentive to your mail if you move here.
