I visited this dealership to purchase a Chevy Bolt EV, and overall the buying experience was good. During the negotiations, I asked if they could include all-weather floor mats as part of the deal. I also made it clear that I completely understood if that wasn't possible. After the sale was completed, the salesperson, Basa, told me that he had already put the floor mats in the car. We purchased our Chevrolet Equinox from Epic and returned yesterday for a service. Greg Forbus, Service Advisor, handled the entire transaction from my initial phone call to waving goodbye once the work was done. Besides being extremely efficient and professional, Greg's friendly demeanor made the whole experience a delight. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the entire staff.

I went to Epic to purchase my Tahoe and was greeted by Glenn Jackson. He was friendly and very helpful. He made the purchase and the process as easy as it can be. I would definitely come back in the future and would also recommend Glenn to others.
