I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee L from here and after few months the called me and said we want perform a service and change lube oil of your vehicle FREE OF COST and then they schedule an appointment for that. When I arrived here they refused to change the oil for free and they charged me $190 for it. SERIOUSLY!!!!! Why you call me and said it’s free of cost????? You are trying to make fool of your customers??? I don’t like this behaviour
When I arrived no one greeted me. There were several service reps who walked near me, but none said good morning or that someone would be with me. An African American man who seemed to assist the service reps did finally greet me. The wait time estimate was longer than indicated for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation.
