I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee L from here and after few months the called me and said we want perform a service and change lube oil of your vehicle FREE OF COST and then they schedule an appointment for that. When I arrived here they refused to change the oil for free and they charged me $190 for it. SERIOUSLY!!!!! Why you call me and said it’s free of cost????? You are trying to make fool of your customers??? I don’t like this behaviour

This location and my service rep are awful. Overall horrible customer service on all occasions that I have visited this location. They kept my vehicle(Cadillac Lyric) for just under 30 days and gave it back to me without a wash or vacuum, it was also not returned fully charged. They also expected me to pay out of pocket for a loaner, for a warranty related issue, at the time of drop off due to not having a good relationship with their third party rental company- sounds like a personal problem that a customer should not be af... read more

I bought a 2021 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership worst nightmare , got it in Sept of 2025 now in for a Engine replacement , tried to work with GM for vehicle they did nothing called dealership they say there is nothing they can do , I paid for a warranty & everything will be fix its okay . Car actively died out while driving on freeway with no lights or warning , Paid 300$ to have it towed to Cadillac . I had a great experience with Terry (sales person) and David from finance. I contacted the dealership after seeing a car online. Terry was able to get me everything I needed over the phone in a timely manner. I would say everything was discussed and negotiated through a few phone calls and text messages within the span of about one hour. Since I live over an hour away, this helped me out tremendously. Ruben was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was incredibly patient, always replied to my emails quickly, and answered every question I had along the way.
