My house was going to foreclosed on June 28th 2011 and I got contacted by Rene from Epic Brokers. They helped me to post pone my foreclose date for my house then modified my loan of $742,000 to 535,000. Lender forgive 193,000 debt and set my interest rate to 2.5% for 5 years.. He save my house from foreclosed and also brought the payment to my manageable level. It is excellent example of expertise in this field. I strongly recommend her big high five. Well done!
