Best bike shop in town. All my experiences have been positive.
These guys are great! Got a flat on a nearby trail. Took my bike in 7 minutes before close thinking they would hold it over night and replace the tube in the morning. This dude did it in 6 minutes. They said they strive to get everything done day of so bikes don't have to be left over night. $29 is pretty reasonable for a tube replacement. I'll definitely be using them again.
Huge shout out to Kyle, Mike and the whole gang over at Epic Bikes Tallahassee. Kyle managed to change a broken spoke in record time, mind you, so I could make it on time for my first race of the weekend/season. The day prior Mike charged my sram battery (we all forget sometime), and the day before that Mike helped me with a floor pump (forgot that too...). I has been a weekend full of fun memories, thanks, in greatp part, to the folks ovper at Epic Bikes, you guys are awesome!
Came in needing help tuning the bike. Nixon, one of their mechanics, was beyond knowledgeable and helpful in this regard. Highly recommend their services and expertise over bicycles.
Please Do not take your bike here. The bike was not tuned correctly and the chain came off cassette. I went down hard. I hate you. Good riddance to Epic.!
