These guys are great, Nixon, Kyle and Colton in the shop are awesome and Mike, the Manager, has been great to work with. I've done business with them since they opened and they’ve always treated me like a VIP.
I went in to get a bike, and Mike helped me discussed my needs and we found a perfect bike. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Happy all around.
Epic Bikes consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm taken care of. When I bring a bike in for service, mechanics go over anything else they found and explain what's critical and what should be kept an eye on so that it doesn't become an issue. They go over causes and preventative measures to prevent the issue from happening again.
One of the sales people attempted.to.take advantage of my ignorance. Luckily other shops were honest and genuinely wanted to help me instead of selling an inappropriate bike for my specific needs.
