Joel and his group of guys have made my transition in to the sport of Mountain Biking an awesome one. From helping me pick the right entry level bike, to helping me make the right decisions on upgrades to make my ride more dependable and enjoyable. I can't wait to see their new shop they are expanding into beginning of Jan and continuing a long relationship with Epic and hopefully purchase many more bikes down the road. Epic Bike and Sport is hands down my go-to Local Bike Shop!
Epic Bikes is not just a GREAT BIKE STORE, but it’s the BEST RETAIL STORE I’ve ever done business with. Joel and his crew are absolutely great. Extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to talk to you about any bike question you may have. Super friendly. Never disappointed. Satisfied with products and service. They have made me a Specialized “snob.” You owe it to yourself to go there and experience that Epic vibe. Keep up the good work, guys!
Two days ago I dropped off my son's 24" Diamondback for a minor brake repair. Although I didn't buy the bike from them, they were very happy to work on the bike. The repairs only cost about $20. I told them that I also had an old bicycle that needed some work but I am concerned it may cost more than the bike is worth. The employee told me not to worry. Just bring the bike in and they will give me a free estimate. He said they are bike people and they love old bikes.
Friendly, knowledgable staff loves cycling and loves putting people on the right bicycle.
