The staff at Epic are friendly and very helpful. The always come up and greet me and check in with me. I have always been able to come in and get an answer, part or advice on my cycling questions.
Epic hands down is the shop of shops in KC. Professionalism, knowledge and service is top notch.

They have everything,for the beginner rider all the way up to the competition rider. Do not waste your time looking for what you need, Epic will help you with all your biking needs! We have bought several bikes from Epic and numerous other accessories. Each trip to Epic is met by friendly and knowledgeable associates. They also don't appear to work on commission as they don't follow you around when you don't need them to and they encourage you to try other bikes to make sure your purchase will work for you.

I am newer to triathlons and don't know a ton about road bikes, but every encounter with Epic has been so positive. From stopping in for packet pick up or just small odds and ends to having their team change out my tube and check my wheel before a race, I've always been helped and encouraged. I've never felt overwhelmed, dumb, or pressured to buy more at Epic. I love how friendly and helpful everyone is. Thanks so much. Keep up the great work!
