Very friendly lot with nice clean vehicles. Nad, our salesman was extremely nice and very helpful. My wife was looking for a nice, gas saver vehicle to replace one that was wrecked. Nad showed her a Chevrolet Cruze, she test drove it, liked it and bought it the same day. My wife loves this car so much, that the Range Rover she has stays in the garage. She is always in the Cruze. In looking for a specific car for our daughter, we stopped by Epic. It was the fourth stop on our list, as we generally shy away from small dealers due to the poor stigma sometimes associated with them. Epic is truly the exception. Despite being two hours away from us, it should have been our first stop. Epic is a family owned dealer that specializes in German (mostly VW and Audi) vehicles. Exceptional service! We drove over 3 hours to purchase a vehicle for my daughter & Nad made sure it was worth our time. He gave us the very best deal and was excellent throughout the entire process. We even had a slight hiccup on the way home & even though he didn’t have to, he fixed it. That’s a true genuine person within itself.
