Greedy accounting department, I have had set up with my bank (bank of America)to send HOA fee by 27th of the month. But they said it was received 31st, post it 31st and charged me late fee of $25. The HOA fee become late after 30th. Epic accounting said send it early so won't happen to get late charge. I think they deliberately wait a couple of days. they are an EPIC disaster. Should not be in this business. They have no idea what they are doing.
