I had a repair done for a refrigerant leak on my on my pool heater. Epic was very responsive- they sent a tech (Rob) out right away, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and options. Rob was great- kept in contact with me, answered all my questions and worked with me to come up with a plan to get everything back in working order. He stayed in contact with me on everything I needed to know- including responding well after working hours. This is a great trustworthy company that has been taking care of my Aunt and Uncle’’s place in Estero for years. After the hurricane they needed an entirely new unit and ductwork. The did a fantastic job and did not price gouge us. Our service man Rob is excellent at his job and treats them very good and goes the extra mile. I highly refer them.
