My insurance agent Elyanna is always available to help me. My experience with my previous insurance agent is that I would call and email but never hear back. Elyanna will help me on the weekends and evenings, at anytime. She was able to save me money on my car insurance last year, and I just recently moved my home insurance to them because she was able to cut my rate in half! I plan to stay with Epic insurance for as long as I can. I recommend their service!
