Just had our new railings installed. We are so happy how they turned out. EPI did such a great job from the initial visit to installation.
We had an incident and needed a second opinion on uthe lock pads on our security doors because they were tampered with. Called Nir last minute for a walkthrough and he was able to come out same day to take a look. He’s a no BS type of guy and was super helpful! We ended up not having to replace the doors but as gesture of goodwill, he helped fix the minor flaw to the lock pad. It’s so rare to find this type of great customer service and we are so grateful. Thank you!!
Met with the owners and showed them my current double gate which was trashed. It needed replacing badly. Instead of going with a split of 1/2 and 1/2, they recommended we split the space 1/3 and 2/3. I liked that idea. I love the color they recommended as well. The new gate is a lot stronger than the old one. Total professionalism from start to finish. They cleaned up the area, and hauled off my old gate. I'm so happy and would recommend them to anyone that can use their services! THANKS
We had issues with our existing pool fencing. The Folks at EPI came to our home and repaired the railing saving us tons of money and they did it at an affordable cost.
