RUN AWAY as fast as you can from this company. It is surreal how poorly it is run. I have no idea how they still exist.
Absolutely terrible. Do NOT work with this company. There's so much wrong with it. Whoever is running it has serious issues.
Is there RATING Lower than 1 Star?? WORST Service Worst Response Worst Resolution I do not want to just say bad things - But when the Company is bad - their Contractors are Terrible The Towing Company does tow cars that are fully compliant . . I even asked the Tower that they can see Papers - they still towed the vehicle. Did not care to see the papers / Proof The ONLY SOLUTION to Correct or Eliminate such crooks is a Law Suit & Police Report & State Complaint!!
Horrible company, never return phone calls, never return e-mails but quick to send you a bill for something that is total BS! Horrible customer service. BBB you should give the option of zero stars or negative starts because this company does not deserve even one star!
This company is the worst. They never want to send someone to fix things that are clearly things that should be covered by the association. We have had multiple plumbers tell us we should call the management company because the problems we were having were related to the building’s water heater. We have issue of leaking from the outside balconies and had their own maintenance man tell us that the management company should fix the problem. EPI Management has consistently failed to be thorough and transparent over the years. They do not serve the interests of homeowners in any situation and will defend lies and predatory behavior by the HOA board. They make no efforts to stop irresponsible, obscure behavior by the board that has damaged the reputation of the HOA among homeowners and local realtors.
This company is horrible and absolutely the worst at Managing Properties. They spend more time fighting with unit owners, then they do fixing any of the issues on or around the buildings. I can tell you where they spend the money, Landscaping. We have the greenest grass and no leaves, but the buildings are falling apart. My balcony is hanging and their solution is using Caulk on everything. Its pathetic. They have a man who used to live there facilitating all their repairs. If I could give ZERO I would This company is an absolute joke! The worst management company I have ever dealt with. The accounting system is a complete joke! I emailed, called, and mailed letters with no response! I own a few properties managed by this company, and it has been nothing but a terrible experience. I mail my payments in one envelope and only some checks get cashed and processed. I was told due to Covid to allow 21 days for processing, I understood and waited. EPI is the management company for our HOA and they do a terrible job. They do not represent the homeowners, they only do what the board of directors wants. It is my understanding that part of our assessments pays for the management company services.When board members make decisions and pass rules that violate free speech, allow trespassing by board members and violate state law, EPI does nothing to stop them.
