RecommendedI bought an older Ranger that wasn’t running. Got it running and it wouldn’t go over about 10 mph. EPIs tech staff is awesome. Helped me diag the problem and sent me all the tools and parts to get the primary and secondary clutch working right. My local dealer said the machine was too old and they didn’t think they could get the parts and didn’t want to work on it. I got all my parts and tools fast from EPI. Great to know I can make a phone call to get any questions answered.
kinda a crappy way to do business I need to send my belt in provide a warranty card I moved twice since then and they wont provide a warranty unless they fix this I wont be using them again... thanks

Just got and installed my clutch kit and severe duty belt I won. Shipping was great customer service by was great and the gains left me saying why didn't I do this sooner
After 3 months and a proximal a 300 miles on an EPI severe duty belt on a Canon XMR 1000 R the belt disintegrated the technician I talked to said sometimes them belts on them bikes get hot and brittle all that was the reason also causing my bike to go into limp mode I do not recommend an API belt stick with Canon belts much better they don't get hard like a rock
