Ephrata Manor banned my mother from the property. This means she cannot visit her father. Her step-mother sent her a cease and desist letter saying that her step-mother does not want my mother to have involvement with her or her father. Her step-mother had my grandfather with dementia sign the document with his altered mental state. Therefore, Ephrata Manor said my mother is banned from the property unless she gets an attorney and goes through the legal process (which she can't do because she is very poor and disabled). I am at a loss for words. What used to be a 5 star facility is now a zero star facility. The recent leadership team has brought turmoil and chaos to this facility. People are being fired without a cause. Every single shift is a war zone due to lack of staffing. This place is a disaster. The residents are suffering and the care is lacking.
Nothing but double talk from several people. Very disappointing performance from so-called professionals !!!!!!!!
worst employer ever... they lie and treat employees like trash. Pay is okay but not worth the trouble...
