The management here is woke and has no respect for its long term employees.. Co ete disrespect.. and that filters down to its patients.. don't waste your time and money here..

If I were you, I would not trust the administration of Ephrata Manor with your loved one. My grandfather has resided at Ephrata Manor for under one year and the administration at the facility sent my mother (my grandfather’s daughter) a cease and desist letter banning her from the property due to lies told to them by my mother’s step-mom (my grandfather’s wife who has power of attorney over him). So basically, just because my step-grandmother does not like my mom, she was able to successfully get my caring and loving mother ... read more
