RecommendedI had a long day of travel and Scotty really made my experience. He is such a lovely person and really went above and beyond the high bar of customer service I expect. Since I was traveling alone he guided me through various activities and I felt like I gained a new friend! Thanks Scotty! Also, that laugh Scotty has makes me smile every time!
