My regular dentist, Dr Emerson is no longer at this office so I saw his replacement. No idea of his name but he is big with a beard. If I were to grade his job performance he would have gotten an F. I waited 30 minutes in the chair before he started his work. He was slow and he didn't use enough novacaine on me. They usually have a hygentist do the injection which I would have preferred so my procedure was long and painful. I am always impressed with the staff and facilities. Dr. Emerson, Erin-the hygentist, Dr. Emerson's assisstent, and the women who work at the front desk are all exceptional. They are great at their jobs and are very pleasent. Great job as usual.
