I went to this dental office Thursday May 15, 2025 and I was impressed by the staff. There were three women at the check-in desk including the dental assistant and they were very friendly as well as being very intelligent, great appearances, and professional. These people are very well educated and do their jobs well. I was also very impressed with Abby, the hygentist assisent. I couldn't believe all the skills she has. My regular dentist, Dr Emerson is no longer at this office so I saw his replacement. No idea of his name but he is big with a beard. If I were to grade his job performance he would have gotten an F. I waited 30 minutes in the chair before he started his work. He was slow and he didn't use enough novacaine on me. They usually have a hygentist do the injection which I would have preferred so my procedure was long and painful. I am always impressed with the staff and facilities. Dr. Emerson, Erin-the hygentist, Dr. Emerson's assisstent, and the women who work at the front desk are all exceptional. They are great at their jobs and are very pleasent. Great job as usual.
