Dr. Sisson and his staff are super nice and low key! They take the time to explain everything, and they aren't in a rush to sell you what you don't need. Very professional. I look forward to having them on my side for my eyes! They are great folks!

They’ve sent bill after bill after bill for a visit they’ve gotten paid for. My insurance covered the amount they’re claiming we owe, and now there’s the threat of collections. Will not be coming back.
Have been using Ephrata eye care since I moved here. Never had any problems. Went to Walmart 1 year because of insurance company and wasn’t happy with the glasses I got from them. Back to Ephrata and was very happy
