Argue and bully. Misdiagnosed and refuse to look at symptoms to correct their obvious misdiagnosis. Violate ADA for patients and follow up care is well below sub par allowing nurses not certified in a particular specialty to do those follow ups as an expert. Stay away or risk not only your life but your budget.
I will ever again go to the Ephrata Hospital ER...I went to the Ephrata Hospital ER on Wednesday evening March 6th, 2019, after falling hard onto my back and the back of my head. The first problem that I had was, I was told to get undressed and put on the hospital gown, I asked if I could leave my underwear on and was told that yes I could. Horrible!!!!! Went in their with a cough for over a month and hoarseness of my voice for over two weeks no chest X-ray and gave me medicine I've already been on that didn't help nurse never came in to me into I got my discharge papers I didn't have no blanket or even a call bell I wouldn't advise anybody to go to this shit dive!!!
After a multi-hour extremely painful experience my pain medicine was swiped and the best of all I could never get on a payment plan to pay for the horrible Services I received thank you after the hospital you suck
