Very kind and caring .
The best experience. I’m TERRIFIED of dentists. From the phone call to walk in , staff was extremely compassionate and took the time to make sure I understood all care being provided . They were gentle and kind .Thank you .
The receptionists, dental assistant, dental hygienist and dentist were all wonderful. I have no complaints. They were all kind, helpful and easy to talk to. Once you are established there as a patient they are very good about getting you in. New patient appointments take longer to get in but that’s anywhere now a days.
I have permanent damage to my gum because of these awful people. The dentist was extremely rough, and the assistant was extremely rude. Neither listened when I told them I have an infection despite half my face being swollen and pain in my eye when I walked in. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Afterwards, despite being numbed, I was in a lot of pain. They then refused me pain killers and only agreed to prescribe them after I broke down from the pain.
