Just had teeth cleaning done. Everything went well. I have an upcoming appointment for tooth extraction later.
I came in with an emergency dental issue, and was checked in and seen very promptly. The dentists were all very knowledgeable, quick and great at what they do. They went over every option so that I understood the procedure I was requesting was the right one. The front staff are all kind and helpful. I feel great now and I’m glad I go to ECDC for my dental needs and emergencies. Thanks
I went in for a first time vist to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist and assistant were amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. My next visit was 4 days later for a consultation with Dr. Miller. He was amazing as well. He was very friendly and compassionate and he took the time to answer all my questions and give me sound advice for my future dental care. Dental visits are always stressful for me, however, everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Thank you for your friendly, professional service.
Giving a 3 because the girl who polished my teeth was nice and so was the dentist. I then waited over 20 min staring at a wall for the hygienist to come in. I was told it would still be a while and that if I needed to be somewhere to reschedule. I have never had to wait so long in between so I left . I will decide if I stay there or not. This was the only bad experience I had with them . If they are going to start booking more patients then they can handle I will go elsewhere.
