A few years ago I was having trouble with a tooth that my very expensive dentist couldn't figure out. So I went for a couple of years with pain off and on. Then one day the pain was unbearable. I used a tube of orajel in a day. My friend made me an emergency appointment with Ephrata community dental because I didn't even know they were here in town. The best experience. I’m TERRIFIED of dentists. From the phone call to walk in , staff was extremely compassionate and took the time to make sure I understood all care being provided . They were gentle and kind .Thank you .
The receptionists, dental assistant, dental hygienist and dentist were all wonderful. I have no complaints. They were all kind, helpful and easy to talk to. Once you are established there as a patient they are very good about getting you in. New patient appointments take longer to get in but that’s anywhere now a days.
