When an elderly person suffers a horrific fall, when EMTs are TOLD that the person thinks they broke their neck and can't move, what kind of EMT DOESN'T immobilize that person's neck before rolling them, with NO BACK NOR NECK SUPPORT, on to a bed sheet on the ground and lifting that person onto the gurney? I called this location to help a patient's wife arrange ambulance service for her husband who has cancer to get to his appointments in Philadelphia. I spoke with Kevin and he was very polite while still remaining honest and realistic about their service, and he was very patient even when put on hold for several minutes. I was very impressed with his professionalism on the phone, I would definitely call again with any needs I or anyone else might have.
