I am most grateful to the compassionate nurses of Ephraim Stat Care. Their patience, respect and careful guidance following my knee surgery, have enabled me to begin returning to my daily activities. I highly recommend this company.
We've been working with ESC for about 6 months as they provide overnight care for my Dad in a seniors residence. I can only say good things about this team. They are responsive, professional and look for ways to go above and beyond. My highest accolade though is the focus they put on communication. My mom, who is in a wheelchair, needed transportation between her care center and a funeral in Calgary. The team at Ephraim were very easy to work with. I was extremely pleased with Jeff and Hazel who were gentle, caring, accommodating, respectful, and patient during the process of loading, unloading, and transporting mom in the wheelchair van. Aides provided amazing care over a 4 month period for my wife. She was in Foothills and Carewest recovering from severe delerium and needed additional support and care. The Ephraim Aides were very professional, knowledgeable and worked very well with the hospital staff. We contribute a large part of Liz's amazing recovery directly to the quality of care provided by Emphraim staff.
