Helpful with my issues
Not at all impressed. I took my elderly father-in-law for an appointment. They kept us waiting for an hour and a half with no explanation. When we were finally taken back, the Dr. barely spoke to him and left the nurse to deal with him. I waited outside the room to respect his privacy. Meanwhile, the Dr. left after a couple of minutes and went to lunch without even bothering to say anything. Her entire attitude was uncaring. Did we need another appointment?
