Keep in mind this is a small work space and staff are often overwhelmed. I worked in a pharmacy and you can’t make mistakes. So if you feel an inordinate amount of time is required it because they care about your health. As for the telephone, I agree that needs attention. Remember this pharmacy has gone from being basically a in hospital formulary to a full-blown retail pharmacy for the general public and that transition has not been easy. I came to pick up my dad's medicine, they told me it would be 20 minutes. I left to have lunch came back and they told me it would still be 20 minutes. How does that make sense? Also very rude and non compassionate towards myself or others that came in.

The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. #1 Phone calls are rarely answered. I’ve waited for 5 minutes more than once. Ended calls more than once. #2 Long lines for pickup. No urgency among staff to expedite. #3 Refills take way too long to be processed.

Why have a phone number to the pharmacy when no one will answer. Very polite people when you go in the pharmacy but sometimes you just need to ask a question instead of driving all the way there. Horrible phone service.
