I'm not sure how long I've been going here, but I'm pretty sure it's close to 2 years. My first experiences with it were relatively good. I can't remember when I started if I just started with the psychiatrist or a therapist as well, but I'm pretty sure it was both. Regardless, everyone I've seen it at office is great. I recently accompanied my soon to be sister in law to an appointment with psychiatrist, Dr. Andrea Gifford and I was shocked at how she presented herself. Her facial expressions especially and her demeanor came across as so snarky and judgmental, making an already difficult situation even more uncomfortable. I do understand that professionals might see things we don’t, however delivery is absolutely everything and she missed that mark. They have the same continuous problems and won't handle the issues as shown by the reviews. I was recommended here by my GP almost 2 months ago and since then I've only had one therapy appointment. I ended up going to the mental hospital to get treatment because clearly no one here cares. The hospital set up an appointment for me to have therapy the day after I got out of the hospital, and within 2 hours of being home my therapist canceled and couldn't see me again until AUGUST.
