They will not answer the phone, it's rediculous. I have questions about my medications and can't get ahold of anyone and my call gets rejected after 1 or 2 rings. If youre to lazy to answer the phone why are you a receptionist? If your to busy to answer the phone hire someone else.
They won’t answer the phone when you call, not just once, but as a rule. That’s unacceptable for a supposed professional office. I understand it happening a lot; I know they’re busy. But every single time? Nope. There are other better places who actually care about their patients.
I've been a patient here for almost 3 years. When I first was recommended the Ephram I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and recommended medication. When I brought up my anxiety for the next three years each time I was dismissed and treated for something else, adhd and depression. When I was finally prescribed something for anxiety it was blood pressure medication. Horrible place I wouldn’t even give it one star but I had to to leave this review I waited several months to get in only to be called and rescheduled after finally getting in Dr.Willis was quick to tell me that the medication I have been on for the the last 4.5 years the only medicine that has helped with my PTSD and anxiety and depression she was going to take me off of because “she” doesn’t practice that way she was rude and treated her supposedly “patient” as someone she looked down on like she sat on some pedestal I was ... read more
This place is the very definition of disorganized. I have been trying to get in with them for 2 months. Called me an hour before the appointment the first time to tell me the provider doesn't see anyone under 18. Pushed it out a month, well I get a call literally an hour before on todays appointment to let me know the provider is sick. Yes I understand things happen but they asked to reschedule so I asked when the next available date was and they said March. So my son has to be pushed out another 3 months because 1 provider ... read more
