My review is from a home owner’s point of view. Cynthia and Lily have been managing my home since 2018. They are now handling the sale of the home. They have been nothing but transparent and efficient during the entire time. Understand that while they are the ones renting out the home, there is still an owner making all the decisions. Used them as a rental company for 2 years. Do NOT recommend. Pros: -Had an online portal -We were able to talk them down $100 on the price of the rental since the house had been on the market so long -They allowed a dog Cons: -Rude comments back to us via email, on one email Cynthia didn't know we were cc'd on told her staff to put us in our place. -Cynthia is very unprofessional, and I feel sorry for her team working for her as I know they're not treated well. -They only use their vendors for repairs, which are slow to resp... read more

IF YOU ARE MILITARY DO NOT RENT OR BUY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY. This lady Cynthia Morris is very unprofessional, uneducated, and thinks herself to be above everyone else. Trying to communicate with this lady or her employee Lilly Martínez is very frustrating because upon communicating with them I can barely get a word out without being rudely interrupted with rude accusations and assumptions.
