I purchased a gallon of the Liquid Butyl to try out on a shed roof repair. I had spoken to Greg and got great customer service and advise from him. The product appears to be doing a really good job of providing a rubber coating of protection over the old shingles, which should extend the life of the shingles for several years, as well as seal the loose tabs. So far working really well..we had 5 leaks on our flat roof and sealed them all..we have gotten a lot of rain here in southwestern Pennsylvania in the last couple weeks also..we had tried every different product on the roof and we still had leaks..very easy to put on because I watched my son roll it on..lol..if you can roll a paint roller you can put this stuff on..just blow and go..wished I would of found this product a couple years ago..Thanks EPDM

I BOUGHT EPDM COATINGS TO COVER A 3-TAB ROOF WHERE THE WIND KEPT BLOWING SHINGLES OFF. i HAD TO MAKE REPAIRS SEVERAL TIMES. I RECENTLY APPLIED THE COATING, THE ROOF LOOKS LIKE NEW AND THE WINDS RECENTLY CAME UP BUT NO SHINGLES WERE DAMAGED. THIS WAS SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN REPLACING THE ROOF WITH MORE 3 TAB. SO GLAD I FOUND THIS COMPANY. I AM GOING TO APPLY THE COATING TO TWO MORE BUILDINGS. CARL HILLIKER

Had to give a solid review to this company. We have been using them for the past 5 years now so i thought it would be fitting. We have tried all the other products over the years, from silicone to elastomerics even some solid commercial grade products and nothing compares to the liquid butyl rubber. You pay a little more for the pails but given the fact that there is no primer involved and it only needs one coat it actually winds up being less expensive in the long run.
