I had my first appointment in February 2025 for an RFA treatment and Botox injections for my headaches. My first appointment for my RFA wasn't until December 2025, and my appointment for my Botox injections isn't until June 2026. This is the most horrible patient customer service I have ever seen.
Derrick is incredibly kind. He answers all of my concerns. He is very knowledgeable. He explains things so clearly he puts me at ease. I feel confident in his care. Thank you for treating me like a whole person not a condition. Sue
