I was in the market for a computer for my son and was referred to EPC before checking out Best Buy. I just left EPC Computer Store, and honestly, I’m disappointed. There were about 8 employees and a security guard in the store. I walked around for about 15 minutes, and not a single person acknowledged me—not even a simple “hello” or “can I help you?” Customer service is a big deal for me, especially when I’m preparing to spend money.
