Great service. They warranty their work and right the situation if it is not corrected.
Great selection of refurbished PCs and laptops. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Mini computer hardware museum is a nice touch and is worth a trip to the store.
I have an old PC with WIN 7 on it and have been resisting the change to WIN 11 for years (obviously). Finally, after several programs not working properly until I update my WIN, I caved. Don and Brett at EPC in Cave Springs took my situation, came up with a plan. Cloned my PC to a new PC. I am incredibly happy with the price and the product. Extremely fast machine and will do everything I need.
