Great service and value
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I sent in two tablets for repairs in May 2024, and since then, the entire process has been a nightmare. Initially, communication was somewhat consistent, but as time went on, responses became sparse and unhelpful. By July, I was informed that only one unit could be repaired due to motherboard damage on the second.
