I have had two experiences here. The first I was having a hard time getting my pixel 6 pro to charge. Something was wrong with the port. Someone looked at it and quickly realize some debry was stuck in the port. They fixed it in 2 minutes for no charge. The second time, after I dropped the same phone which was over 4 years old by then. They fixed it with used parts, but the biometric scanner didn't work. They honored their warranty, no issues at all. It took three attempts to repair but now works like it is brand new again.
This place was amazing. They fixed my phone within an hour. They were a 100- 200$$ cheaper than anyone else. My phone was fixed by them a little over a month now and has zero problems. Absolutely recommend this place.
went in today because phone wont charge. I tried giving benefit of doubt since I just got a new battery from here a few months ago so Im thinking charging port is bad. Worker tells me port is fine, it needs a new battery. I JUST GOT A BATTERY FROM HERE 5 MONTHS AGO! First your company ordered the wrong battery after looking at my phone so I had to make multiple trips to even get a new battery installed. now your telling me that 5 months alter I need another new battery because batteries are only warrantied for 3 months.
