We received a letter in the mail saying we will owe for yearly fee through Epay World. My husband has a business and they are scamming him. First, we did not sign up to anything related to this company or give verbal consent. Called company to close this account. Absolutely terrible. Do not use them for anything, they will make unauthorized withdrawals from your bank account.
This company is really pulling garbage, saying that it is free to give me a pinpad and then deducting money from my account every month. Before the card machine problem was not updated, it was useless for a few days, and the money was deducted more than 1,000. Every month, less than a certain amount of credit card, I have to collect my money, the company that robbed. . . Then say a good refund. there is a letter mailed to merchant registered business address explaining the charge for 295, and this is annual fee impose to all merchant accounts. Regarding the monthly fee charge of 26.95 merchant shall refer to the leasing agreement they signed for the use of this pinpad.

after reviewing and investigating merchant account. All fees are charged with supported document signed by merchant. 295 annual fee is on merchant processing service agreement with three years term. ETF is also on the agreement for early terminated without fulfilling 3 years term. 1075 is the charge for advance service, include paper service, and two terminal devices which provided for free use in term for three years processing. The 2291 is the penalty for the free used wireless terminal, which were returned broken.

Epay World customer service is amazing. They are always helpful if any mishaps occur. My Account Manager is always helpful if I happen to have any questions at any given time. They provide low rates, better than other merchant services that have tried to gain my business. i would recommend anyone to Epay World.
Free Equipment??!! Fraud ! Beware Because now I pay over $100 per month for the equipment lease???!! Plus $77 for clover software Plus monthly service fee??!! of fee and fee and fee Fee 2.3% flat is a lies 60 days cancel no contract,lies Beware!!!!!

unable to located merchant account with the information provided. Clover is additional services with different clover market app charges depending on merchant choices of software installed. Account rate are set up as the agreement merchant sign up for. Early termination fee is waived if merchant give 60 days notice to cancel in advance.
