That Merchant Service is horrible the I signed up with they on April 2021 and sales agent told me the Process fee will be 2% no any other charges and they ended up charges me 20% I wanted to cancel and they said I have to for other 60 days with $500 termination fee do never ever use that Merchant service it’s totally lie.

Where to begin, I honestly don’t even have the energy anymore to tell you how disappointed I am with this merchant services. I have been waiting for the risk dept to make a decision with my account and they are holding a lil over 15k for the past 2 weeks and everyday is a lie. I believe they are playing with my money. My next step is to process charges against the merchant. Please use ****** 100 times better than Epay

Sorry for the trouble. The risk/security is a separated entity from Epay. We have try to speak with higher level in the Risk department, and trying to get it solve asap.
Horrible communication and follow up. The company absolutely refuses to give a copy of the contract (was signed online)……we NEVER had a copy nor can we see it. We cancelled the service due to deceptive billing pricing, but they refused to stop billing us.

Epay World is a scam company. Last year August,2018. One of my Spa started use their service, and we had the agreement with monthly fee of $19.95 and instead they charge me $29.95 ,I called them and they refused to change the fee , they told me to contact the sales person name Bin Z*** and she promised me to lower if My second spa use their service they will lower the rate and the fee . I used the company's machine in January 2018. At that time, the company's employees told me that there is no cost to open an account. If you are not satisfied, you can close the account at any time without any fees. By October I found that I started charging. This is the worst merchant company I‘ve ever met. They are layer when I said I want to close the account. When we joined the company,they did not mention any cancellation fee $500 or machine fee $700. We only need to tell them to cancel accout 60 days in advance. But after I did that, the agent told me that you have to submit cancellation form, form needs to be submit two months in advance, and I still need to use two more months. I have a Spa and I was using the service. Which the agent told me the device was free and no contract. Later on I started using another company from April and beginning March I received a call asking why I was not using the service? I told them I was using another service that was better and cheaper. The annual fee is EMV compliance service charge by the processor to maintain your account to be complied with industrial standards and policies. There is an EMV letter mailed out to merchant prior to this charge. There is no free terminals. Terminal is offered for free use with commitment to 3 years processing agreement. The terminal charge is post to merchant due to merchant did not process, also cancelled prior to three years agreement term.
