Had to redo my review. My health has progressively worsened and my pain has gotten so bad im passing out and vomiting from it. Yet i was told by Jessica today that doesnt matter, i have to keep on suffering and she even looked at the time and rushed me. I was a patient for over 2 years. I did not have insurance so the program made sense for me. As you pay a flat fee every month. Renee was my provider for a long time and she was amazing! I was doing great. Then something happened with the company they moved 40 minutes away. Providers left. Since the change I have had 3 providers, each with different standards of care. Absolutely love, love, love this clinic. I have never had a better experience with any medical clinic not just pain clinics.
been going here 7 years give or take a few months. and the day I cant do my appointment for whatever reason they won't respond to none of my text. I was right all these years. if your not paying the $250 a month they got nothing to say to you anymore. very unprofessional. and I had 6 different drs in 1 year. and you can't fill your meds at Walmart or c.v.s or frys. not a good place at all. im very sad at the way they didn't even say goodbye. I say go somewhere els that takes insurance
