The only reason this company gets one star is due to default, I would leave them none. I got charged double due to the dispatchers being competence. Not to mention when the personnel showed up they left everything open and did not clean any of their mess up!
I was very upset with the way this company has treated my elderly parents. They have had the unit for less than 3 years and have had problems off the bat. My parents and I have both called several times to see why the unit did not cool the house. They would come and tell her it should work now. After 2 years passed of using a unit that felt like a swamp cooler that was purchased for over 10,000$ a maintenance person finally said, oh the unit needs freon. I don't recommend them unless you are looking to get ripped off. First of all the furnace that was installed was too large for the home so now the furnace short cycles. Short cycle means that the furnace heats the home too fast but then cools down, and then turns on again without the home heating up properly. Secondly they promised that they would install a Nest Pro. A Nest Pro is compatible with 95% of the furnace systems. What did they do? they installed a Nest Eco.
